Described as a tech head who will “be running the universe one day” (Tatler Magazine), Emma Sinclair was the youngest person to have floated a company on the London Stock Exchange, at 29. A serial entrepreneur, she now co-leads global software company EnterpriseJungle.

Recently voted the most innovative new enterprise software company, their hero product, EnterpriseAlumni, transforms and expands talent pools, powering the corporate alumni networks of some of the world’s largest companies. The only enterprise-grade platform in the world, they’ve transformed HR and help companies manage Alumni and Retirees to leverage the workforce of the future and reduce internal costs.

Outside of her day job, Emma dabbles in tv and newspapers and, in 2016, was awarded an MBE by the Queen for Services to Entrepreneurship.

She is UNICEF’s first Business Mentor and believes entrepreneurship can change the world. The programme she fronted to teach entrepreneurial skills in hard to reach places embodies her belief that teaching basic business skills can change the course of someone's life. She now advises on business and innovation and conceived and launched UNICEF’s first crowdfund for Innovation Labs in Refugee Camps in 2017.

She was also selected by The Telegraph in 2012 to launch the business column in the Wonder Women section.
