Young, confident, and knowledgeable, Bianca Miller-Cole made it to the final of The Apprentice with skill, determination, an admirable talent for sidestepping obstacles, and in front of an audience of millions to boot. Flush with the success of her enterprise, she went on to found The Be Group. As well as running her business, Bianca facilitates workshops and speaks on a range of issues, including personal branding and people management.

Young, confident, knowledgeable and flush with the success of her enterprise, Bianca Miller-Cole founded The Be Group in 2012 and her hosiery brand Bianca Miller London, which is now stocked in Topshop. In front of an audience of millions, Bianca made her way cleverly and graciously to the final of The Apprentice with skill, determination and an admirable talent for sidestepping obstacles and succeeding in every challenge set for her by Lord Alan Sugar.

Bianca left University with a Business Management and Economics degree to join Accenture, the world’s largest management consultancy, where she took the role of HR advisor to a third of a thousand strong graduate pool. Alongside this role she was tasked with developing strategies for the graduates to enhance their skills in order to make headway in the business world. Calling her initiative 'Preparing for Promotion', Bianca soon became an expert in ‘personal brand’ management.

From here the fledgling ideas of her business began to form, and Bianca spent some time working in financial recruitment, where she honed her ‘personal branding’ skills before deciding that personal development and skills training were her strength and calling.

By now Bianca was completely convinced that the ability to engage in conversation; network well; exude expertise, and deliver consistently on your brand offering is the key to success, and The Be Group was born.

Founded in 2012, the business consists of 3 key sections: Be Branded UK; Be Employed UK, and Be Styled UK. Bianca enables others to improve on their personal development and raise their individual profiles.

As well as running her business, Bianca facilitates workshops and mentors graduates as part of the Brunel University WP Mentoring scheme.

Bianca's outstanding business competence, clout and proficiency took her to the final of The Apprentice in 2014, where she impressed Lord Sugar with her passion, hard graft and dedication.
