Josh Widdicombe: Comedy & Cabaret

Former Guardian sports reporter Josh Widdicombe is one of the hottest comedians on the circuit. He has written for 8 Out of 10 Cats, Mock The Week and Michael McIntyre. Regarded as one of the stars of the UK comedy scene, Josh Widdicombe is known for his appearances on shows such as Mock the Week, QI and Have I Got News for You, and The Last Leg.

Josh began performing live back in 2008, getting to the final of the legendary 'So you Think You're Funny' at the Edinburgh Festival after just a few gigs.

Moving from stage to screen in 2012, Josh began appearing on BBC2's Mock the Week.

As a member of Channel 4's The Last Leg, Josh has covered both the London and Rio Paralympics alongside Adam Hills.

As a regular guest on television shows, Josh has been seen on programs such as QI, Have I Got News for You and Celebrity Mastermind (which he won).

Away from television, Josh has several radio broadcasting gigs under his belt, including BBC Radio 4s Arthur Smiths Balham Bash, The Frank Skinner Show, 5Live's Fighting Talk, and he also hosted his own show on XFM.

He has also written for Michael McIntryre, 8 Out of 10 Cats, and his very own sitcom, Josh on BBC3.
