Probably best known as the Boardroom Advisor to Arnold Schwarzenegger on The US Celebrity Apprentice, Gemma is a serial entrepreneur and advisor to CEOs and senior executives in the boardrooms of some of the fastest growing companies across the world. She advises on strategy, growth and innovation. With experience and insights that apply across industries, her track record spans financial services, technology, media, public policy and sustainable agriculture.

A ‘safe pair of hands’, Gemma has moderated some of the largest events around the world for the last decade (online and in-person), and was a presenter on ITV's "Eat Shop Save” and Channel 4’s “My Money Makeover”. She’s a go-to business expert for ITV’s Good Morning Britain and Sky News, with the ability to make important issues relatable and engaging to any audience. Named one of the “Most Powerful Women in London” by CityAM, her deep business knowledge makes her a key note speaker of the highest calibre.

Within 3 years, Gemma had built and sold an award-winning digital investing service, Moola, while getting divorced and raising two kids! She speaks with first-hand experience about leading through adversity, achieving the ‘unachievable’, evolving consumer behaviour, future technology trends and how our ways of working are fundamentally changing forever.

Having achieved key corporate milestones, she is able to empathise with other business leaders, articulate key issues and skilfully moderate engaging conversations. She secured multiple rounds of funding for her business, FCA authorisation, launched new products and integrated the technology post-acquisition into Mercer, the world's largest global asset manager with $15 trillion under advisement. Her company pioneered new technology to onboard customers in record time and made complicated services accessible to the masses.

She went on to launch Times Money Mentor, a new venture for News UK (The Times & The Sunday Times), with hundreds of thousands of unique visitors a month and 6-figure corporate deals secured within the first few weeks post-launch.

Gemma is a non-executive director of the national financial advisory business IWP (for which she is also a chair), the advanced technology firm Creativemass and advisor to the CEO of an intelligent carbon labelling solution, Mondra. She is also advising the government on its 10-year strategy to improve UK financial wellbeing and has just been appointed to the board of a NASDAQ listed electric vehicle and sustainable energy solutions company, and is due to shoot a TV documentary about the life of Grace Kelly on Channel 5.

With a background in quantum physics, Gemma was the Head of Investment Strategy at Brooks Macdonald, Chairman of the Investment Committee at Credo Capital and a Fund Manager at GAM, after starting her career at Goldman Sachs.
